Itr1 or itr4s ???

This query is : Resolved

26 July 2012 Hi,

My Wife is salaried and also take home tutions for students. There is no TDS deducted by the employer and she gets paid by cheque. She has not received any Form 16 from the employer. Which ITR should i file as she has income from salary as well as Tution ?

Thanks,
Harshit Patel

26 July 2012 ITR-1 is sufficient. Salary income is treat as income from salary ant the tutions income consider as income from other sources.

26 July 2012 Thanks for the Immediate Response, Just to Clarify should I file ITR1 or ITR1(s) ?

26 July 2012 Now Itr-1 changed as ITR-1(S). Just for your under standing simply i said ITR-1. So you have to file ITR-1(S).

OM SAI SRI SAI JAI JAI SAI

26 July 2012 Agreed you have to file ITR 1
