20 March 2014 I have filed ITR 4 for AY 2013-14 belatedly(after Aug 5th 2013) and sent ITR V within 120days . But ITR V is rejected for missing of Signature. later i sent ITR V again, but after 120 days. Now the status of ITR V is "ITR V received after due date". It is refund case. Suggest what should be done now.

20 March 2014 there is nothing u can do...just wait for department to extend the due date for receiving ITRV.

23 March 2014 Dear Ravi,

An update on the above. You can resend the ITRV now. Income-tax department has extended the date for submission of ITRV till 31 March 2014.
