31 March 2014 Dear Sir,
I have read in the today's news paper that wef. 01/04/2014, cpc will accept itr V only send through speed post instead of ordinary post.
In such cases where I have filed return on 28/03/2014, whether I have to send itr v through speed post
or
still can send them via ordinary post.

Please clarify.

01 April 2014 there is no such instruction. you can send through both via speed post or ordinary post.

01 April 2014 the last notification on 21 March 2014, provided both options. So they should either amend the same or provide a new notification to disregard itrv through manual post.

01 April 2014 In any case it will be safe to send through Speed Post. My personal advise is send it through speed post.
