During filing ITR for assessment year 2018-2019 the error as "only-one-original-itr-can-be-filed-u-s-139-4-please-change the section and retry". How can be rectify this error ?

Are You filed ITR for AY 18-19 in previous dates...?!

You can revise the ITR u/s. 139(5); but cannot refile it again u/s. 139(4) ...
