Itr iv filing of returns

I have filed returns in ITR IV online on 30/9/2012 and CPC confirmed receipt of the same on 13/10/2012. Later, I came to know that I forgot to mention my bank account no. in the column provided and this is the reason my payment remained pending for a long time.what is the remidy?

22 February 2013 If intimation u/s 143(1) is received,log in to the site, go to 'my account' select 'refund reissue request, fill up the details called for in the screen and submit.
If not received, wait for that or the 'response sheet'from CPC, B'lore.

25 February 2013 INTIMATION U/S 143(1) RECEIVED NOW AND FILLED UP THE DETAILS AND SUBMITTED. BU ON THE SCREEN, IT IS SHOWING THAT "THERE IS NO REFUND FAILURE. THERE MAY BE DUE TO NO REFUND BEING DUE OR REFUND EING DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY."
