11 November 2013 dear expert i have filled itr1 and got intimation from Nirmala,cpc banglore where no demand and no refund shown but a co. has deduct tds 60000 under 94j against 600000. for f.y 2012-13 and booked on 29 sep 2013 should i revise return to itr4 to claim refund or file rectification plz advise me ASAP now now should i

12 November 2013 You have to be very careful while filing the
rectification request/ revised return as your tax liability as per the earlier return was 36300. Now if you add Rs 6.00lac more in your returned income it is possible that you may have to pay tax after adjusting the amount of TDS.

It is better to consult a tax expert/ CA by putting before him all the relevant facts of your return, returned income , un-returned income and expenses.
