If you've sold property in FY 2019-20 and need to report capital gains, you cannot use ITR-1 or ITR-4 as they don't have the necessary fields. You'll need to file using ITR-2. The government has not yet enabled online filing for ITR-2, so you must download the form from the income tax website, fill it out, generate an XML file, and then upload it through your e-filing account.
