I have salary income,I have recevied conveyance allowance rs 15000/- which is exempt u/s 10(14). in which form no I filed my return of income itr-1 or itr-2 please guied me.

09 November 2013 Yes you had to fill ITR-2 but some professionals are of the view that salary earners can still file ITR-1 so i think there would be no problem......

minor changes in the ITR-1 Instructions have taken place. If you read these- You will find reply to your subsequent query under the heading-"WHO CAN NOT FILE THIS RETURN FORM.
