Hai,
I am trying to file income tax return of a trust having following details
Under the trust name there is a fixed deposit amount
From that the trust is gaining some interest
Under the trust name they are spending that money for charitable purposes
There is no registration for the trust under 12aa
Kindly help me with regard to which itr need to file and procedure for the same

File ITR 5 and applicable tax has to be paid.
