27 September 2011 Dear SIR,

One of Pvt Ltd incorporate in Feb,2011 but Pan card for the same is dispatched dated 08-04-11 and bank a/c is also opened in May -2011. Business activity is also started from May'2011.

My query is should they have to File Income Tax return?

27 September 2011 Yes, IT return has to be filed for financial year 2010-11 though the period is only 2 months viz., feb and mar,2011.
