Dear SIR,
One of Pvt Ltd incorporate in Feb,2011 but Pan card for the same is dispatched dated 08-04-11 and bank a/c is also opened in May -2011. Business activity is also started from May'2011.
My query is should they have to File Income Tax return?

Yes, IT return has to be filed for financial year 2010-11 though the period is only 2 months viz., feb and mar,2011.
