I'm getting the following error while filing ITR - 7 Form. I'm using computax software for filing of ITR. If anyone knows how to clear it, kindly reply.
Error : In "PART B- TTI", value at Sl.no.'11' "Refund" should be equal to value of Sl.no.9e- Sl.no.8.

Here the error is that the refund claim is not equivalent to (Tax paid - tax liability). When there is no tax liability, whatever TDS deducted that should be refund amount. It seems there is bug in the software. Contact Computax helpline for the solution.
