20 July 2022 I'm getting the following error while filing ITR - 7 Form. I'm using computax software for filing of ITR. If anyone knows how to clear it, kindly reply.

Error : In "PART B- TTI", value at Sl.no.'11' "Refund" should be equal to value of Sl.no.9e- Sl.no.8.

20 July 2022 Is there any inconsistency in total of tax paid amount and tax payable/liability figures?

20 July 2022 No sir. We dont have any Tax liability. Only refund is there?

20 July 2022 Here the error is that the refund claim is not equivalent to (Tax paid - tax liability). When there is no tax liability, whatever TDS deducted that should be refund amount.
It seems there is bug in the software. Contact Computax helpline for the solution.
