Dear Sir,
We are Labour Supplier in a Company. Please let us know whether Labour Supplier can file ITR 4 (Sugam) for FY 2016-2017. Company deducted our TDS under section 194C @ 2%

Yes, provided profit declared should not be less the 8 % of gross receipts.

Sir, we have received all the payment through A/c. Payee cheque only and as per ITR 4 (SUGAM) for FY 2016-17 should we claim 6%.of total turnover as a income.
