Itr 4s has been filed as rax payble..but next day tax has been paid online...should I wait for 139 (9) order or to file revised return...plz guide me

No need to file revise return u/s 139(5)..
when demand is raised u can show the evidence of online payments made.

I will advise, simply file the revised return. Cheaper way. Why bother waiting for a notice to come and waste time in replying to it?
