well ITR 4 is available on line if not when it will come to the force for proprietary ship units and what will the filing last date unaudited accounts

ITR4 utility not released as yet. Due date of filing of Return for non Tax Audit case has been extended from 31.07.2015 to 31.08.2015.

ITR3, ITR4, ITR5, ITR6, ITR7 has been notified by CBDT vide NOTIFICATION NO. 61/2015, Dated: July 29, 2015.
