Please advice me for the following:
we are an approved group gratuity trust having a income of around 25 lac's
Please advice
1. which IT return form should be file, considering the fact that ITR 7 is to be filed by Trust claiming exemp U/s 11 and 12, where as GG trust does't belongs to said section's
2. whether there is any mandatory requirement for Tax audit by such trust.
3. we hav filed ITR 7 for the above, but the same is brought out as default return U/s 139(9), as the income is above 2 lac and Audit Flag In ITR 7 shown as NO.

you actually have filed a wrong return. You should have filed ITR-5 and claim exemption under 10(25)(iv)
