15 July 2008 'Other Assets' here means the assets other than the Listed Securities or Units or Zero Coupon Bond, the sale whereof has resulted into long term capital gains. Section 112(1) is applicable for long Term Capital Gains arising from sale of Listed Securities or Units or Zero Coupon Bonds.
