I am salaried person & I have forgeted to fill the ITR I of 2010-11 If i want to fill the return of 2010-11 So Have I paid to Late Fine Rs 5000.00 Or Not Pls confirm me

For FY 2010-11, you can file a belated return. the penalty clause will apply only when you received a notice to pay the amount. you dont have to paid urself the penalty amount.
So file the return and don't pay the penalty urself.
