Hi Friends
Can anyone tell me if an assessee has expired before file of his ITR for the A.Y. 2014-15, then is there any requirements for filing of his ITR in death case??? If yes then what is the procedure and is Legal Heir is responsible for filing of ITR??

Yes it is required to file ITR in death case. Legal heir is responsible for filing it.
