Our company which is engaged in manufacturing of Sponge Iron had purchased one payloader (Capital Goods), on which I claimed ITC.
On assessment, the assessing officer had denied the ITC. Kindly help.

there are deffirent paramiters under VAT laws and very state to state, volume of tax and / or volume of turnover.
