Hi,
I receive retainer fees from Wipro Infotech.
How should i go about filing IT Return?
I mean would it be treated as Salary.
I have got only Form 16 A from my company.

It will be treated as professional fees received and taxed as income from business & profession on return to be filed in ITR - 4.
