04 November 2009 Dear All,

One of my client has e-filed income tax return on 27.09.09 for the AY 2009-10 and acknowledgement was send to Bangalore. But till today they have not got any acknowledgement of receipt at Bangalore. They contacted at Bangalore and have been informed that IT acknowledgement has been received but rejected due to mismatch of signature. What should be done in this case?

04 November 2009 Try the method which I have given for your earlier query. Then also if u get the result as rejected, no other alternative other than to file revised return.
