04 September 2013 can depriciation be claimed on Motor vehicle while calculation of wealth tax of an individual???

If yes, kindly provide the rate chart.

04 September 2013 Only debts owed as per sec 2(m)of wealth tax act,1957 can be deducted from the value of assets and depreciation is not debts owed hence not allowed to be deducted.
