Please can someone let me know whats the procedure for getting a C form for the FY 2005-06 and later and what are the requirements ?

Getting the Form "C" from whom buyer or deptt ?
In both the case make a request. But since your assessment for the year 2005 might be over, you have to show the purchase to assessing officer and the reason why form was not issued till date.
