Can i issue shares at different prices is der any compliance to be adhered:
illustration: Shares nominal value Rs 10
Issued in July @Rs 500 therefore 490 premium.
Second issue made in September @ 450 at premium of Rs 440. Is such issue allowed

You can do so, if your company is not listed and the investor is agreed to pay. Generally there is no restriction in company.
