Issue of share certificates after change of name of company

22 March 2012 A private limited company decided to change its name, soon after incorporation, even before the share certificates were issued to subscribers to MoA. What will be the time limit to issue share certificates(with new name) in this case, 3 months from incorporation or from date of change of name?

In case of subscriber of MOA, the share certificate will be issued in the name in which they have subscribed the shares with in 3 moth from the date of incorporation.

In your case you will issue share certificate in original name.
