11 February 2012 i would like to know that whether a company can issue share at premium to one company and to other individual at par value during a year.

please suggest me as soon as possible with the relevant provision.

There is no prohibition under the Companies Act, but in general at the same time you should not issue shares at different value.

In New Preferential guideline, there is a requirement to disclose the price on which shares are issued.
