FORM "I" (UNDER CENTRAL SALES TAX ACT)AGAINST OUT OF STATE PRUCHASE. PLEASE LET
US KNOW, WHEN SHOULD WE ISSUE THE FORM "I" AND AS IT IS ISSUED IN TRIPLICATE COPY SO PLEASE ALSO LET US KNOW ABOUT ITS COPYWISE DISTRIBUTION.

24 February 2010 you should issue I form when you purchased the goods from outside thestate. you should issur original and duplicate portion of the form to the dealer from whom goods were purchase and retain counterfoil for your records. The selling dealer will submit original portion the the authority.
