Issue of form 10 in the case of trust

Trust is having taxable income for the Assessment year 2010-11 decided to spend an amount in the next financial year to take the exemption, whether the assessee trust has to issue form 10 duly furnished to Income Tax office to the auditors so as to issue form 10B. The assessee is going to exercise the option u/s 11(1). Please advise me.

The auditor has to obtain Form no.10 supported by resolution before issuing Form 10 B.
