I HAVE ONE PARTY, WITH TWO DIFFERENT STATE TIN NO REGISTRATION, I HAVE PURCHASE MATERIAL FROM STATE 'A' & WRONGLY ISSUED C FORM ON VAT TIN NO OF STATE 'B'. DID THE PARTY WILL GET THE CREDIT IN STATE 'A'.
