Is there any refund for 4weeks residential program?

I got all India 2nd rank in lpcc 2013 May attempt. my article period is 3rd year.please tell me the procedure to claim.

It is better you speak to the chairman of your chapter or program co-ordinator of the residential program where you attended in person and try to seek their help. If they can arrange for getting you refund from the head office and find out what is the current position of the institute for refunding, if any of the residential programme fees for rank holders who have already completed the training.
