In View of Covid -19 Pandemic with a view to compensate and incentivise govt cash benefit of Deemed LTC has been given to employees.Am i eligible to claim GST paid by my real brother as he made big purchases during that Period ? As nothing clarified about the same .

Without specific notification, the ITC cannot be claimed by any other person.
