Is employer contribution in pf is part of gross salary

I just want to know is employer contribution in PF is part of Gross Salary, As my employer did not show his contribution towards PF account, only my part of deduction has been shown in my offer letter , but now he is deducting both part(employer & employee)from my salary is this right way . my salary structure is as follow :
Basic 13900
HRA 1390
Conveyance Allowance 1000
Management Allowance 3892
PF 1668
Medical 200
Mobile 150
Monthly Gross 22200
LTC 695
Gratuity 668
Monthly CTC 23563
Gross Annual CTC 282756

12 May 2015 As per offer letter Employers contribution to PF is part of Gross salary.
Deduction of your contribution to PF is not shown in the offer letter.
Whatever they are doing is okay as per their offer letter.
