I want one clarification, if a student not able to attend GMCS training. Then what he want to do? Any provision are available ?

As per new GMCS programe implemented by the Institution 30.04.2012. As per this rule GMCS is mandatory during first year, but it is not specified that what will be consequences, when such GMCS is not completed on time.
So I will suggest you to ask the same query from Institute they will give you a best response.
