Ipcc without cpt

I have completed my MBA last year and i'm currently working. I want to pursue CA. In this regard can anyone tell me whether CPT is mandatory for all or can i take exemption as i already have qualification, B.Com and MBA. I've spent hours to verify this but couldn't see it on ICAI's website.

Yes, CPT is mandatory, because the Notification issued on 23-02-2012 is not implemented till date. So register himself/herself for CPT exam.
