Ipcc examination requirement.

24 September 2012 I want to start CA on Graduation basis. I came to know that for giving IPCC examination there is requirement to complete 7 months of articled training then only I can proceed with IPCC examination. I have 2 years of experience in total. Please suggest will that experience work to replace articled training?
Also it would be helpful if anyone can provide new guidelines for CA - IPCC because online nothing is updated.
