companies act 2013 applicable for nov.2014 ????

No announcement as yet but most probably it will be applicable for Nov 2014 exams.
It is clarified by ICAI that the Companies Act, 2013 will NOT be applicable for November 2013 examination and decision regarding the applicability of the Companies Act, 2013 for CA Examination would be taken and informed to the students well in time before the May, 2014 Examination.

In addition to expert opinion.
It may be possible that it can be applicable for May 2014 attempt. For this Institute will in future clarified. So wait & watch.
But For Nov, 2013 attempt, it will not apply.

There are no reasons to defer the applicability of Act 2013 for November 2014 attempt. So advise you to prepare accordingly.
