Investments missed out by company

Hi,
I had provided the Investments proofs to my company in the month of Feb. However, the company has missed out on considering my LIC premiums and Mediclaim premiums.The rest like PPF,ELSS have been considered. The TDS has been calculated only on the PPF,ELSS & EPF contibutions.
Now, while filing my Tax Returns, I wil be mentioning the LIC premiums and Mediclaim premiums. In efect, there will be a refund claim. I will be doing a e-file return.
I have also contributed towards donations under 80G.
My query is while sending the ITR-V acknowledgement to CPC, Bangalore do I need to attach the proofs of investments of the LIC & Mediclaim premiums, donations.

You DO NOT have to send any documents with the ITR V.
