Investment for rebate for financial year 2019-20

Due to the national lockdown since 22-03-2020, I am unable to make investment for rebate for the financial year 2019-20. Will the last date of 31-3-2020 be extended in this case?

The FM in its regulatory compliance extension speech said that the tax saving investments can be made up 30.06.2020. However there is no such official government notification or clarification at present.
