Intimation u/s 245 of income tax act, 1961

Sir/ Madam,
I have received intimation u/s245 from IT dept. stating refund adjusted against o/s demand.
I had claimed refund for A.Y.15-16. As per IT dept. it is to be adjusted against A.Y.13-14.
They have not provided me any details except the demand amount, o/s amount year,DIN, Demand raised u/s 1431a.
Please send me your valuable advise as what I have to do in response to above at earliest..

Reply has to be filed online. Procedure is as follows.

--> worklist
-->For your action
-->Details of outstanding demand
--> submit
--> select one from 3 options displayed.
Rest varies according to the option selected.

Before sending my reply I want to compare return filed by me and tax computed by AO to ascertain reasons for demand. The demand has been uploaded by AO. Please tell me how do I get this?

Put up online request for copy of 143(1) intimation. Procedure is
--> log in to www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
--> my account
--> request for intimation u/s 143(1)/154
--> fill up PAN
--> select asst.year
--> select catogery from drop in menu
--> select sub category -do-
--> click submit
copy will be sent to the email id given while filing the return.
--> log in to www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
--> my account
--> request for intimation u/s 143(1)/154
--> fill up PAN

I applied for request for intimation u/s 143(1) filled PAN, A.Y. as 2013-14, sub-category as resend by e-mail& but I got reply as "No intimationorder exists for the A.Y.
What I am supposed to do?

Probably return might have filed offline and in that case meet the ITO and seek a copy of 143(1) intimation.

Okay..thank you sir..will meet ITO...can you tell me whether I can extend the time period of 30 days to say for 60 days as it is diffucult for me to attend ITO or even send someone?..can this time period be extended online?
