Intimation u/s 143(1)

13 January 2011 I have received an intimation u/s 143(1) for the AY 2009-10 with a demand of Rs.5,200/-. This is due to the mistake in my calculation while filing return. I have paid that tax amount. After paying what shall I do? Should I send a letter to CPC regarding the payment along with TAX payment counterfoil or any other procedure to be followed?
