Intimation u/s 143 (1)

I Have filed ITR 5 For AY 2012-13.
But Unfortunately Forget to Write depreciation data in Sheet "DPM_DOA".
So Income Deference is Exactly the Depreciation amount.
Now IT department send intimation for Demand.
Now Please suggest Me How can i file Rectification Or Any Other Option Available.
