12 October 2010 The company has started new division at the same place where the company has regsitered offce. Whether it is necessary to intimate the change top service tax as the same is necessary to inform to sales tax department.

12 October 2010 If the new division having new services under service tax or new goods under sale tax, then the amendment need to be given to department, otherwise for same place not necessary

12 October 2010 If the service provider is providing services from a palce other than the one already registerd, necessarily the new place has to be registered with the Service tax department.
