28 July 2017 Normally ITD ll be send the intimation notice under 143 for all assesee. But, any mismatch for taxes paid/refund they ll be above said intimation. So, If you get notice then what is the reason notified the notice....?

18 October 2021 For a particular assessment year, once a return is filed by the assessee, it goes for processing to the department. Once the income tax department processes the return without any changes, it sends an intimation to the assessee under section 143(1). Appropriate adjustments are made to income as computed under Section 143(1) and final tax liability or refund is arrived at.
According to the provisions of the Income Tax, where any assessee files its return of income not correctly and by mistakenly it provides the details of income and deductions, in such case the notice would be issued u/s. 143(1)(a)...
