18 February 2011 Up to 30/6/2020 @ 1% per month or part of a month.
From 1/7/2010 @ 1.50% per month or part of a month from the date on which such tax is deducted to the date on which such tax is actually paid.

18 February 2011 Before 01/07/2010 > it was 1 % per month or part of the month.

From 01/07/10 > 1.5% per month or part of a month calculated from the date of deduction of TDS to the date when its actually paid.
