Dear Freinds,
Iam working as a finance controller in manufacturing concern at Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
My management is requiring me to conduct internel audit.
Kindly let me know all related area to be covered in dephth, Internel Audit programme and Questionree to be prepered.

Dear Mridula,
If you are conducting internal audit the best thing is you must start with an area where you feel there is chance of pilferage or accountability excites suspicion (this is the real concept of internal audit). The Internal Audit also should cover each area minutely. You must suppose start with the system of purchase then quotations, quality, other prices available and time lag in delivery. I will try to mail the other ICQs if possible. Good Luck.
