INTERIM RELIEF IN INCOME TAX APPEAL

27 February 2011 We have filed income tax appeal against the order, where in the relief sought in appeal is entire amount of demand
Now, the Assessing officer is compelling client to make the payment of demand
How i can seek relief from appealate commissioner, when i did my c.a. i remember, claiming "interim relief"
please guide me urgently
