what is maximum expemption limit of intrest from a saving bank account from tds..deduction plese advise

In other words,only interest payable on term deposit (also known as fixed deposit,time deposit etc)are subject to tds.

Even if it a single rupee you have to disclose it in your Income statement under the head income from other sources.
