Interest exemption on income from house property

25 July 2018 An individual has taken a home loan where he is a 50% co borrower and co owner with the balance being held by his mother. He is paying for the the EMI on the loan. Whether he can claim interest exemption u/s 24(b) for the whole of interest on the loan.
