01 February 2014 Yes, if tax liability is more than Rs. 10,000/- and 90% of that sum is not paid as advance tax 234 B attracts and if advance tax is not paid or amount paid is less than the stipulated percentages fixed for each installments 234C will attract even for belated filing of returns.
