IF A TOUR OPERATOR COMPANY RECEIVED INSURANCE COMMISSION FROM INSURANCE COMPANY THEN HE IS LIABLE FOR SERVICE TAX OR NOT

In respect of insurance commission paid by insurance company to insurane agent, the insurance company is liable to pay service tax under reverse charge mechanism.
There is NO liability on the agent.
